What We're Looking For:
- Technical experts with advanced knowledge in product support and analysis, capable of providing the best solutions in various situations.
- Fluency in Japanese is essential.
- Experience working with machinery in liquid chromatography (HPLC), ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC), and mass spectrometry systems.
- A high school diploma or higher, with at least 5 years of experience as an engineer in related equipment or precision instruments, such as medical devices.
- Proven ability to respond quickly and accurately to customer requests, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Experience in managing projects and expenses efficiently, achieving optimal results with minimal costs.
- A team player who values collaboration and is always ready to assist colleagues.
- A proactive learner, eager to acquire new equipment and knowledge.
- A successful track record in actively selling maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service support, including repairs and maintenance inspections, to both existing and new customers.
- Conduct training sessions related to the installation and setup of our products.
- Negotiate and renew maintenance contracts with clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure prompt responses and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Use Salesforce to report and update daily activities.
Application Requirements:
- A degree from a university or technical college in fields such as chemistry, electricity, or machinery.
- A valid regular driver's license.
