Major Responsibilities

  • Project Management for Informatics solution implementation
  • Documentation for Implement of solutions
  • Fix customer issue remotely or on-site
  • Optimize customer relationships.
  • Focus on customer success
  • Provide high quality service and support to customer

Education & Language

  • High school or higher, bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Fluent in Japanese, English reading and writing required, beginner level business English

Experience required for the role

  • 3+ years of experience working as Project Management role

Competencies/Behaviours

  • Project Management mandatory (Task management, schedule management, Formulation of recovery plan in case of delays, etc)
  • Deep knowledge of Windows servers
  • Experience with Windows Server construction is preferable
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Actions and behaviour trusted by team
  • LIMS product and general IT Knowledge
  • Communication skills
  • Basic knowledge regarding GMP requirements
