EU Product Lifecycle & Regulatory Manager
Overview
We are supporting a global life sciences organisation in the search for an experienced professional to join their European team, focused on product lifecycle and market readiness activities.
This role operates across regulatory, medical, pharmacovigilance and commercial functions, ensuring successful product launches and ongoing lifecycle management across multiple European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate EU product lifecycle activities supporting the commercialisation of pharmaceutical products
- Manage national-level regulatory processes across a range of European markets
- Act as a key point of contact between global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy and execution
- Collaborate with local experts and external partners to support submissions, approvals and compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Medical, PV, Commercial) to deliver successful product launches
- Support preparation and submission of country-specific regulatory documentation
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise internal stakeholders on potential impact
- Review promotional and educational materials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and key external stakeholders
- Support the development of internal processes for managing EU lifecycle activities
Requirements
- Degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or similar)
- Experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Understanding of European regulatory frameworks, particularly at a national level
- Experience supporting multi-country product launches
- Strong project management and cross-functional experience
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills
