About the Role
As Executive Director, you will:
✅ Define and execute Clinical Data Science strategies for global development programs
✅ Serve as the primary data science representative to health authorities, influencing regulatory perspectives
✅ Drive adoption of AI/ML methodologies for disease modeling, biomarker analysis, and precision medicine
✅ Oversee large-scale initiatives ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables
✅ Represent the organization at industry conferences, shaping best practices
✅ Lead and mentor a global team of data scientists and managers
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership in clinical trial design and data science integration
- Innovation in AI/ML applications for imaging, genomics, proteomics, and precision medicine
- Regulatory engagement and defense of data strategies
- Operational excellence in GxP compliance, vendor management, and budget oversight
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Biostatistics or MS Biostatistics with PHD related computational sciences
- Must have extensive experience working with pharma in the US
- 10+ years of experience in clinical development, data science, and biostatistics
- Recognized Data Science leader with direct report experience utilizing AI/ML within clinical development
- Proven regulatory engagement and external presentation experience
- Strong leadership skills with global team management experience
- Preferred: Research experience in neurology, especially Alzheimer's biomarkers (plasma, CSF, imaging)
