Director, Insights and Analytics

Our client, an innovative small biotech firm specializing in ophthalmology, is seeking a talented and experienced Director, Insights and Analytics to join their team in Boston, MA. This is a pivotal role contributing to our client's cross-portfolio operations, including an exciting new product launch. You will operate within a dynamic environment, leading key analytics functions and reporting directly to the Group VP. This permanent position offers a hybrid work schedule with three days onsite in Waltham, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Forecasting, Insights & Analytics, and Market Research functions to drive data-informed strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support portfolio activities and ensure the success of new product launches.
• Provide actionable insights that enhance commercial operations and decision-making processes.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• Experience in Analytics: 7+ years in analytics within the pharmaceutical, biotech industry, or consulting.
• Market Research: Demonstrated ability to lead innovative and impactful market research initiatives.
• Forecasting: Proven expertise in developing reliable and forward-thinking forecasting models.
