Your Mission
As Director of Clinical Operations, you'll lead the charge in bringing early-stage programs from concept to clinic. Reporting to executive leadership, you'll be responsible for driving clinical execution, building operational infrastructure, and ensuring that every trial is designed and delivered with excellence.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement clinical trial strategies that break new ground.
- Collaborate with scientific and medical leaders to shape impactful study designs.
- Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on timelines and goals.
- Ensure operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across all studies.
- Oversee the development of key clinical documents and regulatory submissions.
- Build scalable systems and processes to support a growing clinical portfolio.
What You Bring
- A degree in life sciences (BA/BS/MS) and 10+ years of experience in clinical operations.
- Deep expertise in early-phase oncology trials, including IND preparation and execution.
- Strong understanding of cancer-specific endpoints and methodologies to ensure robust data.
- Proven ability to lead complex programs and navigate cross-functional environments.
- Mastery of GCP, regulatory frameworks, and clinical trial operations.
- A collaborative mindset, strategic thinking, and a passion for advancing transformative science.
Compensation
$220,000-$240,000 + Bonus + Equity + Competitive Benefits
