Director of Business Development - Ancillary Supplies
A global leader in clinical trial solutions and support is seeking a Director of Business Development that specializes in Ancillary Trial Supplies and Equipment.
- Clinical Trials, Phase 3-4 studies experience
- Clinical Trial kitting + Disposable Medical Supplies
Location: East Coast/Central Time Zones - Fully Remote
Salary: $150,000-$160,000 + Uncapped Commission + Bonus + Benefits
A global leader for the clinical trial industry is looking to identify a hungry, motivated and entrepreneurial minded Director of Business Development to continue to expand and deliver comprehensive support solutions across Life Science's. By simplifying the complexity of clinical trials, you'll be offering a unique, fully integrated service model that provides award-winning services. The right individual will understand Phase 3 to 4 studies, and the value of streamlining workflows direct to Pharma, CRO's and Biotech's, along with Clinical Trial Supply Kits.
Responsibilities:
- Understand Translation Services, with high-accuracy translations in over 100 languages for global studies
- Ancillary Clinical Trial Supplies and Equipment to enhance efficient sourcing, management, kitting, and global delivery
- Clinical Trial disposables, supplies and research tools, plus study and site materials
- Generate new business, hunt for new logos, and understand the value of consolidating services under one company to ensure higher quality, faster time-lines and reduced study costs
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Ancillary Supplies selling
- Deep understanding of Clinical Trials, and Phase 3 studies
- Previously and successfully sold disposables and medical supplies directly to Sponsors and Biotech's
- Worked with medical kits, along with study and site materials for clinical research
- Entrepreneurial minded, outside the box thinker, works well in fast-paced environments
- A keen attention to detail, with an ability to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams
- Open to travel direct to clients to close business
