We're looking for a strategic media leader to drive cross-channel planning, optimize campaign performance, and mentor a growing team. This role blends client partnership, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership to deliver impactful media strategies across traditional and digital platforms.


What You'll Do

  • Lead Media Strategy: Develop and oversee integrated media plans aligned with client goals, balancing budget allocation across channels.
  • Client Partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor, translating client objectives into actionable media strategies and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage media planning and buying, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and performance optimization.
  • Team Development: Mentor planners, foster collaboration, and guide team members through complex media challenges.
  • Performance & Reporting: Analyze campaign results, forecast response, and deliver insights that drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and media partners to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Innovation & Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends, integrate emerging technologies, and contribute to new business initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in advertising/media, including 4+ years in management
  • Deep experience in digital and traditional media planning/buying
  • Proven success in pharma or healthcare marketing
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Expertise in media platforms (e.g., MediaOcean/Prisma, Google Campaign Manager, GA4, Vivvix)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides
  • Skilled in mentoring and managing media teams
