A rapidly growing, Specialty Pharmaceutical company with a recent, successful launch is seeking a Marketing Operations leader as a crucial addition to their Commercial Operations team. This role leads and scales end‑to‑end marketing operations, owning promotional review, systems, processes, and cross‑functional execution to enable compliant, efficient, and impactful commercialization in a growing biopharmaceutical organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end‑to‑end marketing operations, including systems, platforms, processes, and vendor management
- Own promotional review operations (PRC), including workflow management, meeting facilitation, quality control, approvals, and lifecycle tracking of promotional materials
- Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, IT, Field Teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment, efficiency, and compliance
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase operational effectiveness and scalability
- Support regulatory submission processes for promotional materials and maintain audit‑ready documentation
- Manage budgets, vendors, and operational workstreams such as print fulfillment, digital infrastructure, field communications, and congress/conference support
- Oversee implementation and optimization of marketing technology platforms and operational systems
- Provide leadership during product launch or high‑growth phases, ensuring operational readiness and execution excellence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical marketing operations and/or commercial operations
- Demonstrated hands‑on experience managing promotional review committee (PRC) processes
- Strong working knowledge of Veeva PromoMats and regulated promotional workflows
- Experience with omnichannel marketing execution and modern marketing platforms is a plus
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives and manage multiple vendors
- Solid project management experience with a track record of delivering results in fast‑paced environments
- Experience supporting product launches or rapidly scaling organizations preferred
