Director, Field HEOR

Location: USA (Remote)

A growing pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing innovative oncology and neurology therapies is expanding its US team with the addition of a Director, Field HEOR. The Director will play a key role in developing value demonstration and communication strategies and engaging healthcare stakeholders to foster optimized patient access.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective strategies to communicate HEOR evidence and demonstrate products' health outcomes and economic value.
• Establish and foster relationships with payers, health systems, academic institutions, and other healthcare, access, and population health decision makers.
• Contribute to integrated evidence generation plans, collaborating with cross-functional Medical, Clinical, and Commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Support the design and execution of health economic and outcomes research studies to generate clinical and real-world evidence.
• Represent the company at national and international conferences.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) in Epidemiology, Public Health, or related discipline
• 5+ years of pharma/biotech experience in HEOR, RWE, or Epidemiology
• Proven ability to engage with payers, providers, and other healthcare access decision makers
• Expertise in neurology and/or oncology
• Proven record of team leadership and management
• Experience in field-based positions is preferred
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: $225,000 - $275,000
• Annual bonus: 20% - 25%
