A leading global pharmaceutical organization is seeking a Director of Commercial Analytics to support its growing CNS/neurology portfolio. This role will serve as a strategic partner to commercial leadership, driving data-led decision-making across brand strategy, launch planning, and lifecycle management.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an analytics leader who thrives in complex, evolving markets and has a deep understanding of neurology/CNS therapeutics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic analytics lead supporting CNS/neurology brands across pre-launch and in-market products
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights to guide sales, marketing, market access, and leadership decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Forecasting teams
  • Lead development of patient journey analytics, segmentation, targeting, and brand performance tracking
  • Oversee and mentor a team while managing external vendors and data partners
  • Integrate multiple data sources (claims, EMR, primary research, and third-party datasets) to shape holistic business strategy
  • Support new product launches through indication sizing, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market optimization

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial analytics within pharma/biotech
  • Strong background in CNS/neurology (e.g., Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS, epilepsy, psychiatry, or related therapeutic areas)
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a strategic business partner
  • Experience working across pre-launch and launch environments
  • Hands-on expertise with US pharma data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, claims data, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success managing teams and/or cross-functional initiatives

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in specialty or complex disease markets with nuanced patient journeys
  • Exposure to advanced analytics techniques (predictive modeling, segmentation, AI/ML applications)
  • Consulting mindset-comfortable navigating ambiguity and building frameworks from scratch
