Contracts Manager

EPM Scientific is partnering with a leading Pharmaceutical client in the Netherlands who is currently seeking a Freelance Contracting Manager to support them on a long term assignment, working on site in the province of North Brabant.

This role supports the organisation's operations, focusing on contracting management within the supply chain vertical. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing contracts related to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and multi-departmental projects, with a strong emphasis on SAP-based planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts for IPTs and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with internal policies and project goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractors on-site.
- Coordinate work permits (creation and issuance).
- Maintain communication between contractors and internal teams.
- Execute and manage contract-related activities using SAP.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and project teams.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations related to contracting.

Experience

- Fluent in Dutch; able to communicate in basic English.
- Proven experience in contracting management within supply chain or operations.
- Familiarity with work permit processes (creation and issuance).
- Strong interpersonal skills for contractor and on-site team coordination.
- Proficient in SAP (contracting and planning modules).
