We're partnering with an exciting clinical research organization that is continuing to expand its project management team. This is an opportunity for an experienced Clinical Project Manager to join a warm, welcoming group of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality clinical trials while supporting each other's success.

What makes this opportunity stand out is the people. Whether you're looking to broaden your experience, take on more responsibility, or continue building your career within a growing organization, you'll have the support to do so.

The organization works across a diverse range of clinical programs, giving you the chance to gain exposure to studies spanning Phase I through Phase III and work with a variety of sponsors and therapeutic areas. No two projects are the same, making this an excellent fit for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being at the center of clinical trial delivery.

We're particularly interested in ambitious professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building strong client relationships, and are eager to continue learning and developing their careers. Individuals coming from smaller or mid-sized CRO environments often excel in this role due to their broad operational experience and ability to wear multiple hats.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of Clinical Project Management experience
  • Prior CRO experience, ideally within a small to mid-sized organization
  • Experience supporting studies across multiple clinical phases
  • Strong operational, client-facing, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and succeed in a dynamic environment
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Additional Experience of Interest

  • Gain broad exposure across therapeutic areas and study types
  • Work on a varied and growing pipeline of clinical programs
  • Enjoy significant visibility and opportunities to expand your responsibilities
  • Be part of an organization that values initiative, development, and career progression

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Clinical Project Manager who wants more than just another project assignment. If you're hungry to learn, eager to grow, and excited by the prospect of working alongside great people, we'd love to hear from you.
