The organization works across a diverse range of clinical programs, giving you the chance to gain exposure to studies spanning Phase I through Phase III and work with a variety of sponsors and therapeutic areas. What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Clinical Project Management experience
- Prior CRO experience, ideally within a small to mid-sized organization
- Experience supporting studies across multiple clinical phases
- Strong operational, client-facing, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and succeed in a dynamic environment
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Additional Experience of Interest
- Psychiatry/CNS studies
- Acute Pain studies
