Overview
- Lead the advancement of enterprise omnichannel and digital operations for an innovative pharmaceutical organization
- Partner cross‑functionally to translate strategy into scalable, high‑impact execution
- Drive operational excellence, innovation, and adoption of next‑generation digital capabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and evolve the enterprise omnichannel and digital operations roadmap
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives supporting personalization, Next Best Action, and AI‑enabled activation
- Oversee end‑to‑end execution of omnichannel and digital campaigns across web, email, and related channels
- Optimize workflows, governance, and operating models to improve speed, quality, and scalability
- Establish standards, playbooks, and best practices to ensure consistent enterprise execution
- Serve as a central point of coordination across marketing, IT, data, analytics, and field teams
- Support change management efforts to drive adoption of new tools, capabilities, and ways of working
- Define and track operational KPIs, enabling continuous improvement and test‑and‑learn execution
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in omnichannel or digital operations within pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations
- Proven leadership in enterprise digital transformation and operational innovation
- Hands‑on experience with campaign production, deployment, and ecosystem optimization
- Strong knowledge of MarTech and content platforms (e.g., CRM, CMS, DAM, marketing automation)
- Experience with modular content models, reusable design systems, and AI‑enabled workflows
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and lead change
- Experience operating in regulated environments and navigating review/approval processes
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
