They are currently looking for an Assistant to the Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the on-time manufacturing and packaging of solid dosage forms
- Supporting and contributing to all quality-related topics
- Collecting and analysing production KPIs for manufacturing control
- Participating in continuous improvement activities (CIP/KVP)
- Conducting training sessions for employees
- Identifying and managing key production factors to ensure stable output (timing and quantities)
- Creating and updating manufacturing documentation for bulk production and packaging (e.g., deviations, SOPs)
- Processing open CAPAs in bulk production and packaging
- Assisting with cross-departmental creation and execution of validation and qualification documents
Your Profile
- Completed degree in a scientific field, ideally in pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering, or a related discipline
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the manufacturing of solid dosage forms
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP guidelines (AMG, cGMP, AMWHV, etc.)
- Preferably: knowledge of pharmaceutical technology
- High level of independence, reliability, and flexibility
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility; team player with initiative
- Confident user of MS Office
- Excellent command of German and a good command of English, both written and spoken
