About the Opportunity

An innovative clinical-stage biotechnology company is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to support the delivery of next-generation therapies and vaccines. Offering full remote working within Germany, this role is ideal for a clinical operations professional who enjoys taking ownership of outsourced studies, collaborating cross-functionally, and working within a fast-growing biotechnology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operational management of outsourced clinical trials.
Manage study timelines, risks, reporting activities, and project deliverables.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful study execution.
Lead oversight of CROs, central laboratories, and specialist vendors.
Support the development and review of study documentation.
Establish and oversee eTMF processes and filing activities.
Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.
Contribute to operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
Support site and investigator identification, selection, and oversight.

Candidate Requirements

4+ years of clinical trial experience within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments.
Experience managing outsourced studies and external vendors.
Strong understanding of clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of cross-functional clinical development activities, including data management, regulatory affairs, biostatistics, and pharmacovigilance.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset.
Fluent English required.
