What You'll Be Doing

Guide complex development programs through critical clinical and regulatory milestones while proactively managing risk.

What You'll Bring

Experience leading Clinical Operations teams within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations.
Ideally, exposure to early-phase development, including oncology, immunology, inflammation, or other complex therapeutic areas.
Experience overseeing global clinical studies and collaborating across Medical, Regulatory, Quality, Data Management, and Clinical Development functions.
A track record of helping organizations navigate important regulatory milestones, submissions, inspections, or accelerated development pathways.
Strong vendor oversight and external partnership management experience.
A leadership style that combines strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a genuine commitment to developing people.
