Territory Manager - Detroit

EPM Scientific is currently partnered with a leading medical device company. They have an entry-level Sales opening in Detroit. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, a great work ethic, and the drive to break into medical device sales.

Job Title: Territory Manager - Aesthetics

Territory: Detroit Metro

Responsibilities:

• Sell medical equipment designed for aesthetic applications
• Identify and onboard new clients, including clinics and medical centers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Manage outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Conduct product presentations and client education sessions
• Negotiate contracts and maintain long-term partnerships
• Support transactions from initial offer through delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience
• Demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Confident public speaker with presentation experience
• Customer-focused mindset and a passion for healthcare innovation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary of $60,000 + bonus/commission ($110,000 - $160,000 OTE)
