Territory Sales Manager, Dermatology - South Central

I'm looking for standout Dermatology sales talent that reside in TX, OK, KS, NE, SD, ND, CO, AZ, or NM.

Overview

We are partnering with a growing pharmaceutical organization launching their dermatology portfolio across the West. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level of a buildout, with strong visibility, career growth, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth therapeutic area.

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving demand, building strategic relationships with key dermatology stakeholders, and executing against brand objectives within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and drive utilization of dermatology products within target accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to exceed sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and key office staff
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across community and specialty practices
  • Effectively communicate clinical, product, and market access information
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, market access, and leadership teams
  • Analyze territory performance and adapt strategy to maximize results
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience (dermatology preferred)
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement
  • Experience calling on dermatologists or specialty providers strongly preferred
  • Strong business acumen and territory management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial / build environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
