About the Role

The SVP is a senior client leader responsible for driving revenue, strengthening client partnerships, and overseeing the strategy and execution of medical education programs. This position blends business development, scientific oversight, and team leadership within a fast-moving agency environment.

What You'll Lead

  • Grow and manage a personal book of business across new and existing clients.
  • Drive proposals, pitches, and strategic recommendations across therapeutic areas.
  • Provide strategic and scientific direction for medical education initiatives.
  • Oversee cross-functional delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate closely with medical, strategy, creative, and operations teams.
  • Mentor team members and foster strong communication, performance, and accountability.

What You Bring

  • 12-15+ years of experience in medical education or life sciences agency environments.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth and client relationship development.
  • Deep understanding of medical education formats and scientific content development.
  • Proven leadership with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced scientific degree preferred.
