Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Salary: $150,000-$180,000

EPM is partnered with a medtech innovator at the forefront of developing next gen therapies for patients with cardiac rhythm disorders. This is a publicly-traded company with products that are already commercialized and are also ramping up in other clinical studies. This is a rare opportunity to join a company that offers the stability and resources of an established organization ,while still providing the visibility, influence, and pace often associated with earlier-stage medtech companies. They are seeking a Sr. CTM to lead the execution of their most business critical study.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day execution of multicenter clinical studies from start-up through closeout.
• Manage relationships with investigational sites, CROs, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive study timelines, enrollment goals, and operational deliverables.
• Monitor study progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (ideally in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline)
• 5+ years supporting and leading Class II/III cardiovascular studies
• Experience overseeing CROs and external vendors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
