Senior Quality Excellence Manager (m\f\d)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Excellence Manager to support and elevate quality operations. This position plays a key role in driving operational excellence, fostering continuous improvement, and supporting quality teams in achieving best‑in‑class performance.

About the Role

In this role, you will contribute to the standardization, simplification, and digitalization of quality processes while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Working cross‑functionally, you will help implement Lean principles, guide project teams, and support quality performance across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance efficiency and process standardization in alignment with internal operational excellence standards
  • Support the roll out and improvement of Lean‑based quality programs
  • Establish structures for quality excellence and project management to improve key quality processes
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout quality teams
  • Monitor quality performance indicators and support departments in achieving targets
  • Lead and support cross‑functional project teams to deliver objectives on time
  • Share best practices across teams and broader organisational networks

What You Bring

  • A university degree in a scientific field or relevant vocational training in a regulated environment
  • Solid experience in a GMP‑regulated setting, ideally within Quality Assurance or Quality Control
  • Practical experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies; a Green Belt certification or higher
  • Strong analytical mindset; knowledge of tools like PowerBI or Minitab is an advantage
  • Fluency in German and good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across functions
