A growing biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, to support and optimize key commercial operations and promotional governance activities. This role plays a critical part in enabling compliant, efficient promotional execution and partnering cross‑functionally across the commercial organization. This individual will own day‑to‑day Promotional Review Committee (PRC) operations and support broader marketing operations and enablement initiatives. The role collaborates closely with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, IT, Field Teams, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day PRC operations, including scheduling and facilitating meetings, reinforcing processes, and documenting decisions.
- Manage Veeva Vault / PromoMats workflows (submissions, QC, approvals, expirations, reporting).
- Support regulatory submissions for promotional materials (e.g., 2253, pre‑clearance as applicable).
- Support marketing operations workstreams including print vendor management, inventory, digital platforms, field communications, and budgets.
- Help implement and improve commercial systems, processes, and workflows.
- Manage vendor and agency partners to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
- Partner cross‑functionally to ensure alignment, compliance, and execution excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of biopharmaceutical marketing and/or commercial operations experience.
- Direct PRC experience with Veeva Vault / PromoMats (required).
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
- Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office preferred.
