About the Role

We are looking for a driven and clinically knowledgeable Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team in Munich region of Bavaria. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of healthcare and commercial strategy, with a strong focus on selling and supporting innovative medical devices across hospitals and clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term customers.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and clinical demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
• Provide post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting, to ensure optimal product usage.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to develop and execute territory plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote products and expand market reach.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on sales performance and pipeline.

Your Profile

• Degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Neurology or clinical support with a commercial focus.
• Strong understanding of hospital workflows and clinical environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel across Bavaria and Austria.
