Senior Change Control Specialist

EPM Scientific are currently supporting a client to hire a Senior Change Control Specialist on a contingent W2 basis, supporting on a number of ongoing tasks within their QMS.

• Develop and execute complex updates within the Quality Management System to ensure all data, documents, content, and submitted information are accurate and fully compliant.

• Partner with required stakeholders to build, finalize, and track both the Implementation Plan and the ECN throughout the change lifecycle.

• Lead, coordinate, and facilitate the Change Implementation Board (CIB) when needed.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Change Management / Change Control process and internal systems.

• Ensure full adherence to established Change Management / Change Control procedures within the Quality System.

• Work collaboratively across multiple business functions, providing strong customer support while creating and routing complex changes within the Quality System.

• Guide and coach cross‑functional teams through the change control workflow and system processes.
