Role Summary:
As a Senior Account Executive, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and fostering strong client relationships. You'll manage day-to-day account operations, contribute to strategic planning, and help bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical clients.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and medical teams to ensure project alignment and excellence.
  • Support brand planning, campaign development, and tactical execution.
  • Prepare and present client-facing materials including briefs, status reports, and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and expand agency services.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare/pharma advertising, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical marketing practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HCP and/or patient marketing preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
