Our client is seeking a Sales Specialist to support the growth of innovative diagnostic solutions across Texas, with a strong preference for candidates based in or near the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This field-based commercial role is ideal for professionals with experience selling diagnostic, laboratory, or molecular testing solutions and a proven ability to build relationships with clinicians, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in diagnostic sales, particularly within dermatology, pathology, oncology, or related specialty healthcare markets. Experience promoting molecular diagnostics, laboratory services, genetic testing, or other clinically focused diagnostic products is highly valued. This individual should be comfortable navigating complex sales cycles, delivering clinical and business value to customers, and driving adoption of innovative testing solutions.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of successful field sales experience within diagnostics, laboratory services, molecular testing, pathology, or life sciences.
• Experience selling into dermatology, dermatopathology, pathology, oncology, or other specialty physician markets preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business, manage a territory, and build long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with molecular diagnostics, genetic testing, precision medicine, or advanced laboratory testing solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience calling on dermatologists, pathology groups, reference laboratories, hospitals, or integrated health systems is a plus.
• Strong clinical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex diagnostic information to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive healthcare or life sciences environment.
• Based in Texas, with candidates in the Dallas-Fort Worth area strongly preferred.
