Key Account Manager | EMEA Strategic Partnerships

Location: Europe (Remote) | Germany Preferred

The Opportunity

A growing MedTech company specialising in innovative respiratory and diagnostic technologies is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships and drive commercial growth across EMEA.

This role combines business development, partner management, and market expansion, with responsibility for developing relationships with distributors, OEM partners, and key healthcare customers. You'll play a critical role in expanding market presence, identifying new opportunities, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic OEM, distribution, and key account relationships across EMEA.
  • Develop and execute commercial growth plans with partners and customers.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and partnership reviews.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product implementation and partner onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and business reporting.
  • Engage with healthcare providers, research organisations, and industry stakeholders to drive market adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare technology, or a related sector.
  • Proven success managing distributors, channel partners, OEM relationships, or strategic accounts.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of delivering growth.
  • Experience working across international markets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent English; German is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 40-60%).

Preferred Background

  • Respiratory diagnostics, patient monitoring, pulmonary function testing, critical care, or medical instrumentation.
  • Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Business degree.
  • Experience supporting product integration or technology partnership projects.
  • Additional European language skills are beneficial.
