Sales Manager - Germany (Analytical & Chemical Solutions)

Location: Germany (Remote)

The Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow the company's commercial presence in Germany.

This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on developing new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the German market
  • Identify and win new business across pharma, biotech, and laboratory sectors
  • Manage and grow existing key customer relationships
  • Work closely with technical and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years' sales experience in the German market
  • Proven experience selling chemical reagents, solvents, or related products
  • Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry applications, particularly:
    • Chromatography (HPLC, GC, etc.)
    • Mass spectrometry
  • Track record of business development and account management success
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently in a remote role
