The Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow the company's commercial presence in Germany.
This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on developing new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the German market
- Identify and win new business across pharma, biotech, and laboratory sectors
- Manage and grow existing key customer relationships
- Work closely with technical and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years' sales experience in the German market
- Proven experience selling chemical reagents, solvents, or related products
- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry applications, particularly:
- Chromatography (HPLC, GC, etc.)
- Mass spectrometry
- Track record of business development and account management success
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently in a remote role
