Qualification Engineer
We are supporting a pharmaceutical client on the startup and commissioning of a new process line. The role requires hands-on experience in industrial environments, with strong exposure to FAT/SAT and on-site commissioning activities.
6 months contract minimum.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute commissioning and startup activities of process equipment
- Perform and support FAT & SAT within a pharma environment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues during startup
- Support installation, assembly, and operational readiness of the line
- Analyze automation/PLC logic to identify faults
- Update technical documentation throughout commissioning phases
- Ensure compliance with GMP and site safety procedures
- Collaborate with project team (engineering, automation, mechanical)
Required Experience
- Strong experience in commissioning of industrial/process installations
- Proven experience in startup of production/process lines (essential)
- Background in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments
- Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting and on-site intervention
- Good understanding of automation systems (PLC reading/diagnostics)
- Experience with FAT & SAT execution
