Are you an experienced in HVAC and Cleanroom projects? I'm looking for a Project Manager ready to take a recovery project within a regulated medical manufacturing environment.

Seeking an expert contractor to lead the rebuild, qualification, and reinstatement of a cleanroom infrastructure essential to patient-impacting products. This is a pivotal role at a crucial time - ideal for someone who thrives on accountability, compliance, and fast‑paced delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the cleanroom rebuild project from planning through to requalification
• Manage HVAC and cleanroom contractors to maintain progress and compliance
• Oversee documentation, validation, and equipment requalification activities
• Ensure alignment with ISO 13485 and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Work closely with facility leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Drive timelines to support production restart later in the year

What You'll Bring

• Strong background in HVAC project management within controlled environments
• Hands‑on experience with cleanroom construction, classification, and validation (Class 7-Grade B)
• Proven track record delivering projects in medical device, biotech, or regulated manufacturing
• Familiarity with building warrants, cleanroom compliance, and audit‑ready documentation
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and technical teams onsite
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
