Location: Orange County, CA (on-site)

Responsibilities

  • Own upstream and downstream product management, including strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management
  • Translate physician feedback, market insights, and voice-of-customer inputs into product requirements and pipeline opportunities
  • Partner closely with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Operations to support product development and rapid iteration cycles
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to support design transfer, launch readiness, and ongoing product optimization
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and commercial materials, while supporting broader marketing efforts including content and collateral
  • Collaborate directly with sales leadership and field teams to drive adoption strategies and gather real-time market feedback
  • Contribute in a hands-on capacity across functions in a lean environment, supporting priorities outside of traditional product marketing scope

Qualifications

  • Product management, product specialist, or related experience within medical devices
  • Exposure to both upstream and downstream activities, with interest in building longer-term strategic ownership
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup setting with high visibility and evolving priorities
  • Coachable, high-energy, and motivated to take on responsibilities beyond a defined role
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Ability to be on-site 5 days a week
