Precision Diagnostic Sales - San Francisco (Bay Area)

Our client, a leading organisation in the Life Sciences and Diagnostic space, is looking to add a high-impact Precision Diagnostic Sales professional to our client's team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This permanent, field-based position focuses on driving growth for advanced diagnostic solutions within dermatology, with strong crossover into oncology. If you are a driven hunter who thrives on building new business and shaping clinical adoption, this role will give you the autonomy and commercial influence you're looking for.

Key Experience

• 5+ years of Diagnostic Dermatology experience
• 5+ years of Oncology experience (can be considered in lieu of derm)
• Proven track record selling into Dermatology customers
• Based in the Bay Area / San Francisco region
• Demonstrable hunter mentality with strong new business focus

Core Skills

• Diagnostic Sales: Ability to communicate complex diagnostic solutions, interpret clinical value, and align tests with patient pathways.
• Field Sales: Skilled at in-person visits, territory planning, and face-to-face relationship building across clinics and healthcare systems.
• Life Sciences Knowledge: Understanding of scientific concepts and clinical environments to engage credibly with dermatologists and oncologists.
• Hunter Mentality: Proactive prospecting, opening new doors, and consistently building a strong pipeline across the territory.
