About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a C Suite executive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a master of multitasking, with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Experience supporting C suite level
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with integrity
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a corporate or executive-level support role
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and expense reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
