An award-winning, independently owned medical communications agency is seeking a Medical Writer to join its growing team supporting sales training, promotional medical education, and commercial learning initiatives for leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

What You'll Do
- Develop high-quality scientific and medical content for:
- Sales training programs
- Product launch initiatives
- Promotional medical education materials
- Disease state education
- National and regional meeting content
- Workshops, e-learning modules, and representative training tools
- Translate complex clinical and scientific data into clear, compelling, and compliant educational materials
- Partner closely with Account, Creative, and Strategy teams to deliver impactful programs
- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize scientific data from primary sources
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client and industry standards
- Participate in client interactions
What They're Looking For
- Advanced scientific degree required: PhD, PharmD, or MS
- 2+ years of medical communications agency experience
- Experience developing content for:
- Sales training
- Promotional medical education
- Commercial learning programs
- Product and disease-state training
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical drug development and clinical research
- Excellent scientific writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
- Client-facing experience is a plus
