Lab Technician

As a member of the QC Biochemistry team, you will be responsible for performing analytical testing in compliance with established GMP and safety guidelines, with a primary focus on ELISA‑based methods. In this role, you will contribute to the generation of reliable and accurate analytical data that supports quality control activities within a regulated laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical testing with a strong focus on ELISA methods in accordance with GMP requirements
• Support the implementation of new analytical methods as well as method validations and method transfers within the QC organization
• Execute all laboratory activities strictly in line with GMP, quality, and safety standards
• Accurately document analytical results in compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements
• Prepare, review, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and relevant QC documentation
• Support general laboratory operations, including responsibility for analytical equipment, routine checks, and proper handling
• Contribute to the maintenance of laboratory order, cleanliness, and compliance to ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other QC functions as required

Requirements

• Fluent German is mandatory
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in a QC and/or GMP‑regulated laboratory environment
• Experience with ELISA or comparable immunoassay techniques is preferred
• Contract extension possible
