Role Overview
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals. You'll play a key role in talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning, ensuring compliance with local regulations while fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Lead HR projects including talent acquisition, succession planning, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or life sciences environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of Dutch employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
