Human Resources Business Partner - Limburg, Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide HR support to a defined employee population.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with people leaders to support consistent HR practices.
  • Collaborate with specialist HR teams to deliver integrated, business-aligned solutions.
  • Partner with recruitment teams and hiring managers to support attraction and retention of talent.
  • Lead organisational development activities to enhance capability and effectiveness.
  • Advise on compensation processes, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal fairness.
  • Support a positive and consistent end-to-end employee experience.
  • Coach and advise managers across all stages of the employee life cycle.
  • Support leadership teams through performance management cycles, including goal setting and evaluation processes.
  • Lead and support change initiatives, including stakeholder communication and transition planning.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culture-building efforts.
  • Use HR metrics and data insights to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment legislation, and regulatory requirements.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with significant progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience supporting HR activities within a complex or international organisational environment.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Well-developed coaching, consulting, and influencing skills.
