Human Resources Business Partner - Limburg, Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide HR support to a defined employee population.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with people leaders to support consistent HR practices.
- Collaborate with specialist HR teams to deliver integrated, business-aligned solutions.
- Partner with recruitment teams and hiring managers to support attraction and retention of talent.
- Lead organisational development activities to enhance capability and effectiveness.
- Advise on compensation processes, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal fairness.
- Support a positive and consistent end-to-end employee experience.
- Coach and advise managers across all stages of the employee life cycle.
- Support leadership teams through performance management cycles, including goal setting and evaluation processes.
- Lead and support change initiatives, including stakeholder communication and transition planning.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culture-building efforts.
- Use HR metrics and data insights to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment legislation, and regulatory requirements.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree with significant progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Experience supporting HR activities within a complex or international organisational environment.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Well-developed coaching, consulting, and influencing skills.
