A rapidly growing, Specialty Pharmaceutical company with a successful recent product launch and an expanding pipeline is seeking a Global/Inclusive Marketing leader as a crucial addition to their Marketing team.
This role will lead the development and execution of inclusive, multicultural marketing strategies aimed at reaching underserved patient populations. Targeting both healthcare professionals and patients, this high-visibility position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by addressing diverse patient needs and improving access to life-saving treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of inclusive, multicultural marketing strategies targeting underserved patient and HCP populations aligned to brand objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally with commercial, medical, regulatory, and external stakeholders to deliver culturally relevant and compliant campaigns.
- Generate and apply market insights through research, advisory boards, and analytics to better understand diverse audience needs and barriers.
- Build relationships with community organizations, advocacy groups, and key opinion leaders to increase engagement and trust within diverse populations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing, with strong expertise in multicultural or inclusive marketing.
- Deep understanding of cultural nuances and health disparities across diverse patient populations.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
