About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing clear communication, efficient processes, and high‑quality support. You will help deliver a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry through to order completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering closely with Sales Engineers and Account Managers to strengthen customer relationships
- Supporting customer onboarding and promoting the use of digital tools and e‑commerce platforms
- Preparing customer quotations in collaboration with field sales teams and suppliers
- Managing the full order lifecycle, from order creation through to invoicing
- Handling credits, returns, claims, and escalations in line with internal procedures
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date customer records and internal systems
- Supporting procurement activities, including purchase orders and supplier follow‑up
- Following up on receivables and ensuring CRM and ERP data accuracy
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, internal controls, and sustainability objectives
- Assisting with local warehousing tasks, including picking, packing, and dispatching orders when required

Working Arrangement
