Key Responsibilities:

Regional Strategy & Execution:

  • Designing and executing a commercial operations strategy tailored to APAC's varied market structures
  • Leading transformation initiatives (e.g., CRM upgrades, distributor optimization, O2C improvements)
  • Embedding continuous improvement methods (e.g., Kaizen, structured problemsolving)
  • Enabling data-driven decisionmaking through dashboards, analytics, and commercial insights

Global Alignment & Commercial Enablement:

  • Acting as the APAC voice for global commercial operations
  • Working with global enablement, operations, analytics, and training teams to deploy programs across the region
  • Localizing global tools and best practices to suit APAC realities

Sales Channel & Distributor Support:

  • Strengthening commercial readiness and salesforce productivity
  • Supporting both direct and distributor teams through performance analytics and governance frameworks
  • Partnering with supply chain teams to optimize regional inventory and customer fulfillment

People Leadership:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing regional commercial operations team
  • Driving talent development, succession planning, and capabilitybuilding initiatives
  • Rolemodelling strong leadership, collaboration, and structured ways of working

Key Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Sales Enablement
  • Background in Biopharma, MedTech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or Life Sciences
  • Strong working knowledge of APAC markets, including China, Southeast Asia, ANZ, and India
  • Proven experience leading complex change initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving ability
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders in matrix environments
  • Prior leadership of regional teams and experience developing leaders
  • Comfort with ambiguity, strong conflictresolution skills, and ability to drive clarity
