As we enter our next phase of strategic growth, we are seeking an accomplished Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue organization and support the company's expansion into new markets and partnerships.
Position Summary
The CRO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the company's revenue strategy, overseeing all commercial functions, and ensuring alignment between financial performance and long‑term organizational goals. The ideal candidate possesses deep healthcare industry expertise, an exceptional track record of scaling early‑stage companies, and strong operational leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive oversight of the company's P&L, ensuring disciplined and data‑driven management of revenue, margins, and growth initiatives.
- Develop and lead a high‑performing revenue organization encompassing sales, partnerships, and growth operations.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and C‑Suite leadership, driving cross‑functional strategic initiatives and ensuring cohesive operational execution.
- Define and implement go‑to‑market strategies that accelerate market penetration and competitive differentiation.
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with Health Plans, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and Pharmaceutical companies, ensuring long‑term strategic value.
- Oversee enterprise‑level sales processes, pipeline development, and forecasting systems.
- Lead with excellence in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment, fostering accountability, agility, and operational rigor.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of payers, providers, and value‑based care models.
- Demonstrated success managing a full P&L and aligning commercial strategy with financial outcomes.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with C‑level executives to drive organizational strategy and transformation.
- A track record of successfully scaling companies from early‑stage through funding rounds and/or IPO.
- Significant experience selling to and managing partnerships with Health Plans, ACOs, and Pharmaceutical organizations.
- Prior leadership of a high‑growth, start‑up sales organization, with strong operational and team‑building capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and strategic planning skills.
