As a Trial and Tissue Industry Specialist, you will be at the forefront of trial execution, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining technical expertise with strategic thinking to help customers achieve operational excellence and prevent attrition.

What You'll Do

• Lead Successful Trials: Plan, execute, and manage on-site trials, ensuring all critical elements are in place for success.
• Own the Trial Lifecycle: From initial setup and securing equipment to data collection, evaluation workshops, and value confirmation with customers.
• Be the Expert: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance to frontline sales teams and supporting their technical development.
• Solve Complex Challenges: Deliver advanced technical solutions for critical applications, mitigating attrition risk and driving customer satisfaction.
• Stay Ahead of Innovation: Maintain deep knowledge of Buckman's product portfolio, including new developments from R&D.
• Balance Your Impact: Split your time between trial execution and supporting existing accounts with technical insights and health checks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Chemistry
• Minimum 6 years' experience as a Solutions Engineer
• Strong knowledge of the tissue industry
• Ability to design and communicate big-picture solutions
• Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail
• Sales experience is an advantage
