Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand customer relationships across East Germany, including Berlin, Dresden, and Leipzig
• Identify and acquire new application development projects, especially in injection moulding
• Advise customers on material selection, processing techniques, and component/tool design
• Present tailored solutions from a broad engineering plastics portfolio
• Document market insights and customer activities in a modern CRM system

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field
• Several years of experience in plastic part development and injection moulding
• Structured, goal-oriented work style with a proactive mindset
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
