  • Collaborate with National/Regional/Trade Account teams and field reimbursement teams to understand needs and design impactful tactics and programs.
  • Develop strategies and frameworks for access and reimbursement engagement with KOLs, providers, and other key contacts within the provider landscape.
  • Develop and deliver appropriate pre‑ and post‑launch payer and channel resources (e.g., DSA, PIE, Economic/BOI considerations, BIM, PVP, and pull‑through resources).
  • Oversee the regulatory and legal approval (Promotional Review Committee/PRC) process for all payer and reimbursement marketing tactics.
  • Manage the vendor agency of record to ensure fulfillment and execution of projects and tactics within budget.
  • Lead the annual brand planning process for access and reimbursement activities related to ALS.
  • Partner closely with Business Insights & Analytics, HCP Marketing, Patient Marketing, and Nephrology Franchise leadership to monitor initiative progress and adjust execution plans as needed.
