Associate Director, Market Access Analytics

A growing biopharmaceutical company is seeking an Associate Director, Access Analytics, to join its Market Access leadership team during an exciting period of commercial growth. The organization has multiple commercialized products, focused on Hematology/Oncology, with one more on the way.

This is an opportunity to join a company entering a pivotal stage of growth, where you'll help shape market access strategy, build analytics capabilities, and partner directly with commercial leadership to improve patient access and optimize business performance.

Ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, owning high-impact analytics initiatives, and influencing strategic decisions across the organization. (Flexibility to get to Director level for the right candidate).

Responsibilities

  • Lead market access analytics supporting payers, PBMs, GPOs, IDNs, trade, specialty pharmacy, and patient services.
  • Develop insights, dashboards, and KPIs to measure contract performance, access programs, and business impact.
  • Analyze claims, HUB, specialty pharmacy, and syndicated data to identify access barriers and patient journey trends.
  • Support pricing, gross-to-net, channel, forecasting, and access strategy decisions through data-driven recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Patient Services, Trade, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Brand teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical analytics experience across Market Access, Managed Markets, Commercial Analytics, Trade, or Patient Services.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. payer, reimbursement, and access dynamics.
  • Experience leveraging claims, HUB, specialty pharmacy, IQVIA, MMIT, Symphony, or similar datasets preferred but not needed.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Excel, or related analytics tools.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and growth-oriented mindset required.
