About the Role
We are seeking a results-oriented Territory Manager (f/m/d) to lead commercial activities across Western Germany. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in medical device sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering value to healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales of medical devices within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clinicians, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reporting.
Your Profile
- Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or business-related field.
- Proven experience in medical device sales or territory management.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and hospital procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Western Germany.
