The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Territory Manager to take ownership of an established territory across North and East Baden-Württemberg, with a preferred base around Mannheim or Heidelberg.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth within the peripheral vascular business while developing existing customer relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities within hospitals and specialist clinical centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sustainable sales growth across the assigned territory
  • Develop and manage long-term partnerships with hospitals and healthcare professionals
  • Support interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, and cardiologists in the clinical use of innovative medical technologies
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
  • Lead product launches and market development initiatives within the territory
  • Identify, develop, and execute strategic account plans
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, clinical champions, and purchasing stakeholders
  • Implement regional sales and marketing strategies with a high degree of autonomy
  • Provide support during interventional procedures where required
  • Represent the company at congresses, workshops, and educational events
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and territory planning activities

Candidate Profile

  • Degree or professional qualification in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Proven medical device sales experience with a strong track record of delivering growth
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Strong understanding of hospital environments and clinical decision-making processes
  • Experience working with cardiovascular, peripheral vascular, vascular surgery, or interventional medical technologies is highly desirable
  • Previous Cath Lab exposure would be advantageous
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities
  • High level of self-motivation, ownership, and commercial awareness
  • Ability to quickly learn complex clinical and technical concepts
  • Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Fluent German and strong English language skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
